When will my ad appear on Google?
We aim to have your website live on the first page of Google.co.uk within 48hrs from set-up. Please refrain from clicking on your own link as this will manipulate the figures showing on your report.
Under which keywords will my business be found?
We ask you to confirm the 5 local keywords/phrases that you wish to use. We'll confirm these in an email. If you need to change your keywords/phrases please just contact us via the Contact Us form or info@fclcomputing.com.
Will you ring me before my renewal is due?
Due to the large volumes of clients renewing their services each month, we're sure you can appreciate that it's not possible to call every client every month whilst maintaining an effective low cost marketing solution. We do however commit to ensuring your Google analytics are sent though each month. These statistics will be sent to the email address confirmed with you when your account goes live. Receiving your analytics prior to your renewal date, allows you to make an informed decision on how best to proceed.
Am I in any kind of contract?
There is an agreement in place, confirmed via email when you set up your account.
You need to give one months notice if you wish to cancel. Therefore you are initially tied into a two month contract.
After the first month it's simply a month by month agreement with 30 days notice required in writing in order to cancel the agreement.
Am I guaranteed to be on the first page of Google 24/7?
It's not possible for any company (including Google) to guarantee to have your website on the first page 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. What we can guarantee is that your 5 key phrases will appear on the first page of Google everyday for one calendar month with our Google experts monitoring your positions. If for any reason your advert does not appear please contact us immediately and we will use our best endeavours to regain your position.
Can you guarantee what position my ad will appear in on the first page?
The positions Google allocates clients to on the 1st page is derived from many different factors. As your competition makes changes to their website or their marketing this can force a change in your position. What we guarantee is first page positions on google.co.uk
How and when are future payments taken?
Your monthly subscriptions are paid automatically via BACS or standing order. All monthly payments are paid in advance of the campaign.
How do I cancel?
To cancel we ask you to write to us giving thirty days notice:
